1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking enquiry, or confirming a charter reservation with White Sails Yacht Pte Ltd (“White Sails”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking or use our services.


2. Our Services

White Sails provides private yacht charter services in Singapore. Our fleet consists of three vessels:

  • SunRise — 40ft Sailing Catamaran, up to 18 guests, departing from One15 Marina Club, Sentosa Cove.
  • SunRider — 40ft Power Catamaran, up to 16 guests, departing from Marina at Keppel Bay.
  • SunLight — 38ft Sailing Catamaran, up to 18 guests, departing from Marina at Keppel Bay.

All charters are crewed. We do not offer bareboat (self-sail) charters. Every booking includes a professional captain and crew for the full duration of your charter.


3. Bookings & Payment

3.1 Making a Booking Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp at +65 8661 7600. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

3.2 Pricing Charter pricing is based on a standard 4-hour experience and varies by vessel and day:

  • Weekday (Mon–Fri): SunLight from SGD 600 · SunRider from SGD 700 · SunRise from SGD 700
  • Weekend (Sat–Sun): SunLight from SGD 800 · SunRider from SGD 900 · SunRise from SGD 900

All prices are final — no GST, no hidden fees.

3.3 Add-Ons Optional add-ons such as BBQ catering, food packages, and beverages are available at additional cost and must be arranged in advance.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be clearly communicated at booking confirmation. White Sails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund.


5. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

5.1 Guest Count Guest headcount is strictly limited to the maximum capacity of the vessel, regardless of age, in accordance with local regulations. Exceeding capacity may result in cancellation without refund.

5.2 Safety All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Guests who do not comply with safety instructions may be asked to disembark at the nearest safe location.

5.3 Alcohol & Behaviour Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected. White Sails reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest whose behaviour poses a risk to others on board.

5.4 Prohibited Items Illegal substances, weapons, or any items that may endanger the vessel or other guests are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Vessel Care Guests are expected to treat the vessel and its equipment with care. The booking client is responsible for any damage caused by their group beyond normal wear and tear.


6. Weather & Safety Policy

The captain has sole and final authority over whether conditions are safe for operations. In unsafe conditions, the captain may alter the route, shorten the charter, or terminate early. White Sails will work with the client to reschedule or provide a partial refund where appropriate. We are not liable for itinerary changes resulting from weather, sea conditions, or MPA directives.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, White Sails is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in charter activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Guests participate in water activities (kayaking, floats, paddleboarding) at their own risk. White Sails is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the charter. Clients are encouraged to arrange personal event or travel insurance.


8. Pet Policy

  • Maximum 2 pets per charter.
  • Only small dogs and cats are permitted.
  • An additional fee of SGD 80 per pet applies, payable prior to the charter.
  • Pet owners are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of their animals on board.

9. Privacy & Personal Data

White Sails collects personal data (name, contact number, email) solely to process bookings, communicate about your charter, and improve our services. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your booking. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting enquiry@whitesails.com.sg.


10. Photography & Marketing

Our crew may photograph or film during the charter for use in marketing and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before or at the start of your charter. Guests who have not opted out grant White Sails a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such images for promotional purposes.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the White Sails website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of White Sails Yacht Pte Ltd and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is not permitted.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


13. Changes to These Terms

White Sails reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
